Refunds, licences and payments

Please read this before you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to these policies and to the Tebex terms linked below. How we handle your data is covered in our privacy notice.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, buying the wrong script, or no longer running a server. Scripts are digital goods delivered straight to your Cfx.re account, and they cannot be returned once granted.

Before buying, check the requirements and compatibility in the product description and the documentation, and ask in the Discord if you are unsure whether a script fits your server.

If something doesn’t work, contact support first. Bugs in the shipped code are fixed through updates. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer where the law applies to you.

Prices and sales

Prices can change and we run sales from time to time. If a price drops, a sale starts or a discount code becomes available after you buy, we do not refund the difference or give partial refunds, and discount codes cannot be applied to a purchase that has already been made.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us or Tebex first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without doing so is a breach of these policies. When a chargeback or dispute is opened:

  • the licence is revoked, and the script is removed from your Cfx.re account and stops working;
  • your Cfx.re, Discord and Tebex accounts are banned from support and from future purchases;
  • the ban is not lifted if the dispute is later withdrawn or lost, unless we agree otherwise.

Licence

  • One purchase is a licence for one server.
  • You may edit the open files (config, language files, adapters, theme, sounds) for your own server.
  • You may not resell, share, leak or redistribute any part of a script, edited or not.

Leaks and redistribution

Sharing, leaking, reselling or re-uploading any part of a script, including the open files, breaks the licence and Cfx.re’s terms. If we find a script has been leaked or redistributed:

  • the licence of the account responsible is revoked, with no refund;
  • that person’s Cfx.re, Discord and Tebex accounts are banned from support and from future purchases;
  • we may report it to Cfx.re and to the site hosting it, and file takedown (DMCA) requests.

If you see one of our scripts leaked or resold anywhere, please email [email protected] with a link. Reports are kept confidential.

Updates

Every purchase includes free lifetime updates for that script. Updates are granted to the same Cfx.re account, so you download the newest version from Granted Assets the same way as the original. Update announcements are posted in our Discord.

Delivery

Scripts are delivered through the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system. At checkout you sign in with your Cfx.re (FiveM) account and the script is granted to it. Download it from the Cfx.re portal under Granted Assets. The encrypted code only runs on a server whose licence key belongs to that same account, so make sure you sign in with the account that owns your server key.

Account transfers

We do not transfer licences between Cfx.re accounts, and we do not provide support for or assist with account transfers of any kind. This includes purchases made while signed in to the wrong account, so please double-check the account at checkout.

Support

Support is given through the Discord. It covers installation help, bugs in the shipped code and the documented config. It does not cover custom framework or inventory integrations, heavily modified forks, conflicts with unrelated scripts, general server setup or account transfers.

Everything else: Tebex’s policies

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the seller and merchant of record for every purchase. Anything not covered on this page follows Tebex’s own policies:
