Buying and delivery
How do I get my script after buying?
It is granted to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout. Log in to the Cfx.re portal and open Granted Assets, then download it from there. It usually appears within a few minutes of payment.
Which account should I sign in with at checkout?
The Cfx.re (FiveM) account that owns your server’s licence key. Escrowed scripts only run on a server whose key belongs to the account that bought them.
I bought with the wrong Cfx.re account. Can you move it?
No. We do not transfer licences between Cfx.re accounts and cannot help with account transfers, so please check the account before paying. See the store policies.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by Tebex. The methods shown at checkout depend on your country.
Where is my receipt?
Tebex emails it to you after payment. For billing or receipt problems, contact Tebex, since they process every payment.
Do you run sales or discount codes?
Sometimes. Sale prices show on this site automatically while a sale is on, and codes go in the box in your cart. Both are announced in the Discord.
Installing and running
My server says “You lack the required entitlement”.
The server’s licence key does not belong to the Cfx.re account that bought the script. Check that sv_licenseKey in your server config is a key from the buying account, then fully restart the server (not just the resource).
My server says “Failed to verify protected resource”.
The encrypted files are damaged or out of date. Download a fresh copy from Granted Assets and replace the whole folder, making sure your FTP client uploads in binary mode. Also update your server artifacts, since escrow needs a recent build. Never edit the encrypted files.
Will it work with my framework and inventory?
Each product’s description lists the frameworks and inventories it includes adapters for. The adapter files are open, so an unusual setup can usually be adjusted by hand. If you are unsure, ask before buying.
What can I edit?
The config, language files, bridge adapters, theme, sounds, install snippets and docs are left open. The core client and server code is encrypted by Cfx.re Asset Escrow and cannot be edited.

In the documentation for each script, which also ships inside the download.
Licences and updates
Can I use a script on more than one server?
One purchase is a licence for one server. Each additional server needs its own licence.
Are updates free?
Yes. Every purchase includes free lifetime updates. New versions appear in Granted Assets on the same account, and updates are announced in our Discord.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Please check compatibility and ask any questions before buying. See the store policies for details.
Can I share or resell a script?
No. Sharing, leaking or reselling any part of a script, edited or not, breaks the licence and gets the licence revoked and the accounts banned.
Support
How do I get help?
Open a ticket in the Discord. Include which script and version you run, your framework and inventory, your server artifact version, and any errors from the server console and the F8 console. It speeds things up a lot.
Will you customise a script for my server?
Custom work is not part of support. Support covers installation help, bugs in the shipped code and the documented config. The open adapter files are there so you can fit a script to an unusual setup yourself.
